Technical User Support
AI Factory France provides a structured technical support service for AI projects, within an open research framework. Our expertise spans model adaptation, large-scale compute orchestration, and methodological robustness, whether or not your project involves the use of national compute resources.
Support Levels
Day-to-day assistance for users of national supercomputers ; covering project scoping, technical advisory, and data quality & governance to ensure methodological rigor from the ground up.
Deep Technical Support (N3)
For more demanding workloads, we intervene directly on your training pipeline ; from multi-GPU setup and performance optimization to scaling, fine-tuning, and RAG implementation.
Collaborative Development (N4)
For projects requiring deep involvement, we work as an embedded technical partner ; joining your team over several months to co-build AI solutions tailored to a specific academic or industrial domain.
